• Enforcement of Security Interest: Executing the enforcement of secured assets strictly under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act and other relevant laws (including obtaining Section 14 orders).

• Asset Monetization: Arranging for the Sale of Assets (including possession, valuation, and auction management) or facilitating eventual settlements to effect the final recovery of advances on behalf of Lenders.

• Portfolio Sale: Advising on and facilitating the sale of NPA portfolios to Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) or Qualified Buyers.
